PALATINE’S EXPERTISE AT THE SERVICE OF YOUR FINANCIAL ASSETS

To assist you in diversifying your financial assets, Banque Palatine's private banking and wealth management department offers you a high value-added solution: discretionary management.

In a complex economic, political and financial environment, it is often difficult for a non-professional to manage a portfolio of securities with serenity. This offer is therefore intended for investors who wish to delegate the management of their financial assets to experts.

By choosing discretionary management by Palatine Asset Management, our asset management company, you will reap the benefit of over 30 years of expertise in the financial markets.

Discretionary management applies to your financial instruments securities accounts and personal equity plans (PEA), as well as to your life insurance and/or savings contracts.

Legal framework

A mandate is a written contract that defines the legal framework for the management of your financial assets (investment objective, risk tolerance, portfolio management procedures, market knowledge, management profile, fees, etc.). It can be revoked at any time in accordance with the requirements and procedures set out in the general terms and conditions in effect.

INVESTMENT STRATEGY

Depending on your risk appetite and your knowledge of financial instruments, and with the assistance of your private banking manager, you will be advised to opt for a management profile that is more or less exposed to equities (Prudent, Équilibre, Dynamique or Personal Equity Plan (PEA)). This profile will serve as a guide for the manager of your portfolio.

For each profile, the manager will create an open asset allocation architecture (multi-management strategy), which can be modified, in order to try to optimise the risk/return ratio of the assets entrusted to him/her. This allocation will reflect the manager’s convictions in terms of asset classes, geographical areas and sector-based themes.
